Accessibility Statement

Soola is committed to making www.soola.io usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. This statement applies to the soola.io website and was last reviewed on 8 September 2026.

Conformance status

This website has been through a formal accessibility audit performed internally. Based on that audit, it is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Some content and functionality may not yet meet every success criterion.

Known limitations at the time of publication:

  • Some subsection headings that should sit under a parent H2 are marked as H2, flattening the heading hierarchy for screen reader users who navigate by heading level.
  • The four stat callouts in the "Proof and results" section are marked as H2 headings but consist of a number with no accompanying label, so they convey no meaning when read outside of visual context.

Both of these issues result from how our website builder, Squarespace, implements heading levels within its section and content-block templates, rather than a deliberate content choice. We're working within what the platform allows and will update this statement as fixes land or workarounds are found.

We're an accessibility consultancy, so we hold ourselves to the same standard we ask of clients.

Enforcement

Soola is a micro-enterprise (fewer than 10 employees, turnover under €2 million), which exempts it from the substantive technical requirements of the German Act on Strengthening Accessibility (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG) (Germany's transposition of the European Accessibility Act). We publish this statement voluntarily, not because the law requires it of a company our size.
